2016 Winter

WORKSHOPS:
February 6th 1-5 p.m. NECK CARE 101- When shoulders and necks are not happy neither are we.

March 12th 1-5 p.m. FEET- Our contact with the ground; our means of moving forward.

Each workshop fee includes tea and snacks (fresh fruit and veggies). Cost $85. Space is limited. Please register by February 18 for the March workshop.

WINTER CLASSES:
Ongoing Friday classes 1:30-2:30 start January 8th. There are 3 spaces left in the January session. $60 (4 weeks) payable upon registration. Drop-in $20 with permission from the instructor.

DETAILS AND LOGISTICS:
Please note the 35 Beechwood space is scent free. The studio is located on the third floor. Please wear layers to accommodate for temperature comfort and bring your own towels. Some mats are available but bring one if you can. Some parking is available in the garage accessed at McKay St and there is plenty of street parking. OC Transpo bus routes #7, #5 and #1 stop at the entrance on Beechwood. Give yourself extra time to arrive in the space. Please call me if you have any further inquiries. 613-316-5357.

BENEFIT AGAINST uranium mining in Eastern Ontario, Ottawa ON, MONDAY SEPT 10, 2007, 6pm,  Green Door Restaurant. Concert features Jennifer Noxon, Phil Lafreniere and Steve Patterson (People Project), a special Green Door Dinner (!), guest speaker presentations, and a silent auction. The tickets are $50 and all proceeds go to the fight against Uranium Mining and Exploration threatening Frontenac County west of Ottawa.

STEWART PARK MUSIC FESTIVAL, Perth On., JULY 20, 21 & 22 With her unique and understated take on jazz vocals, Graves’ forms a trio of acoustic swing featuring Joey Wright on guitars and Biron Brunelle on guitars and upright bass. Saturday Night at Goodwood Oven and Sunday afternoon Mainstage 2 pm.
